Look.....


I will try anything once

So I tried this

I am currently doing the 30 Day Shred with Jillian...but I wanted more cardio

And since the new DDR does not come out until next Tuesday

I thought I would give this DVD a try

Here is the thing....you get a REALLY great workout.

But at what expense? 

You have to listen to Julianne

You have to listen to her make bird noises

You have to do a body roll...which I have issues with

There is one section called "Flaunt It" where she uses that word 128991455654 times

You have to remember she dates Ryan Seacrest

She makes you feel like doing crunches is dumb because you should get all the ab workout you need by dancing with her, and then that makes me think Jillian would hate her, and that makes me daydream about them getting into a fight.

I am not sure the the workout is worth it.
