Umm..Styx in Wendover is the greatest thing ever!!!!!

Like 100% better than Coldplay.

Two best things that happened that night....

#1 - Ed Parker convincing me for like 10 seconds that he loves coming to the Wendover buffets because of their amazing shrimp

#2 - When Styx started playing "Lady" some drunk guy in the back yelled "I've had sex to this song"....it was awesome

Plus there is a chance that sometime during that night I slow danced to Nickleback

Favorite Friday - Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Ah....the Slayer. First off....I love this show. Best show ever made, written, produced, watched, and or existed. Joss Whedon is a genius. Second....if I could be anyone in this entire world I would be the Slayer. Why you ask? Because she is a strong enpowered woman who through no fault of her own was called to fulfill a huge destiny. She has faced demons, death, heartache, and loss all while being totally hot. She has wit, charm, grace, and courage. Like if I had to guess who on this earth really was the Slayer it would be Michelle Obama. Or me. Yeah, I think I may be the Slayer. But do not discount her supporting cast. Xander, Willow, Chordy, Angel, Spike, Giles, Oz....the list goes on and on (unless you want me to mention Dawn...then the list stops). But seriously BEST SHOW EVER. I have every season on box set. I will let you borrow them. I will watch every epsode with you and bask in the knowledge that I have turned yet one more person on to Buffy. Be it through great writing or the Master.

And so Friday you are dedicated to Buffy....may you forever be.....awesome

Favorite Friday - 30 Rock

I literally pee my pants every time this gem of a show is on. I was watching it tonight and thinking "uh this show is WAY funnier than The Office". Like the casting is perfection, the humor is magnificent and Baldwin is way on his game in this show. I have not done Favorite Friday in a while. I will have you know it was going to be Bill Simmons just for my friend Dave. But I could not bring myself to do anything but this little nugget of goodness. Thursdays at 8:30 yo's. Love it...know it..feel it.

Replaced

Last night I learned a sobering fact. See up until yesterday I was proudly the wallpaper on the fancy phone of one Ed Parker. I mean granted it was not my favorite pic but still.....I was on there. But last night I was replaced. By a picture of a McRib. This is not a joke. I am serious. I was replaced by the McRib. For some reason Ed Parker has a strange obsession with this sandwich. He just had one for the first time last week....in the McDonalds...at Wal-Mart. They are disgusting. All of your worst food nightmares come true. Yet he had to have one. He took two bites....FORCED me to take a bite....and then BAM the McRib is on his phone.
